Erstes Magdeburger T!Raum-Vorhaben „transPORT Office“ startet
Am Forschungscampus STIMULATE Beteiligte initiierten die Transferrauminitiative „transPORT“ und zielen damit auf den Aufbau und die Etablierung eines urbanen medizintechnischen Hightech-Ökozentrums mit Wissenschaft, Wirtschaft, Wohnen und Wohlfühlen ("W4") im Magdeburger Wissenschaftshafen ab. Dabei sollen neben dem technologischen Transfer insbesondere auch soziale und kulturelle Innovationen mittels neuer Formate in die Gesellschaft transferiert werden. Gefördert wird das auf 9 Jahre angelegte Vorhaben im Programm „T!Raum – TransferRäume für die Zukunft von Regionen“ durch das Bundesministerium für Bildung und Forschung, welches zudem die nachhaltige Verstetigung des Transferraums fokussiert.
Zum 01. Juli 2023 ist das erste transPORT-Vorhaben „transPORT Office“ gestartet. Ziel ist dabei, innerhalb von 3 Jahren eine zentrale Organisationseinheit für den gesamten transPORT zu etablieren. Die Komplexität des beantragten Transferraums mit den verschiedenen Vorhaben im Lenkungs- und Werkstattbereich sowie den diversen Partnerinnen und Partnern erfordert diese primäre Anlaufstelle zur strategischen Projektdefinition und -koordination sowie für die nachhaltige Vernetzung aller Beteiligten. In Ergänzung zu dem stark lokalisierten Ansatz des transPORTs im Magdeburger Wissenschaftshafen wird ein digitaler Zwilling des Quartiers realisiert, welcher neben einem innovativen Marketing für den Ort insbesondere auch einen virtuellen hoch-immersiven Zugang und die Teilhabe an dem Ökozentrum gewährt. Als zentrale Anlaufstelle wird das transPORT Office hier als digitale Einrichtung erreichbar sein sowie transferunterstützende Services zur Verfügung stellen.
Magdeburg’s first T!Raum project "transPORT Office" launched
The transfer space initiative "transPORT", initiated by participants in the research campus STIMULATE, aims to develop and establish an urban medical technology high-tech eco-center with science, business, living and well-being ("W4") in Magdeburg's Port of Science. In addition to technological transfer, social and cultural innovations in particular are to be transferred to society by means of new formats. The 9 year long project is funded in the program „T!Raum – TransferRooms for the Future of Regions“ by the federal Ministry of Education and Research, which also focuses on the sustainable long-term establishment of the T!Raum.
The first transPORT project "transPORT Office" was launched on July 01, 2023. With the so-called transPORT Office, a transPORT office is to be established within 3 years, which will act as a central organizational unit for the entire transPORT. The complexity of the requested transfer space with the different projects in the steering and workshop area as well as the diverse partners requires this primary contact point for strategic project definition and coordination as well as for the sustainable networking of all projects. Complementing the highly localized approach of the transPORT in Magdeburg's Port of Science, a digital twin of the neighborhood will be realized, which, in addition to innovative marketing for the place, will in particular provide virtual highly-immersive access and participation in the eco-center. As a central contact point, the transPORT office will be accessible here as a digital facility and provide transfer-supporting services.
