Erfolgreiches Promotionskolloquium von Julian Alpers
Am 22.09.2023 verteidigte Herr Julian Alpers erfolgreich sein Dissertationsvorhaben mit dem Titel “Improving Thermal Cancer Treatment with 2D to 3D Heat Map Reconstruction”. Die wissenschaftlichen Arbeiten fertigte Julian Alpers in Betreuung von Prof. Dr. Christian Hansen an der Fakultät für Informatik in der Virtual and Augmented Reality Group der Otto-von-Guericke-Universität Magdeburg und am Forschungscampus STIMULATE an.
Die Gutachtenden waren Prof. Dr. Christian Hansen (Fakultät für Informatik, Virtual and Augmented Reality Group, OVGU), Prof. Dr. Oliver Speck (Fakultät für Naturwissenschaften, Experimentelle Physik) und Prof. Dr. Bruno Madore (Harvard University, Brigham and Women´s Hospital Radiology, Boston, USA).

Successful doctoral colloquium of Julian Alpers
On 22.09.2023 Mr. Julian Alpers successfully defended his dissertation project entitled "Improving Thermal Cancer Treatment with 2D to 3D Heat Map Reconstruction". The scientific work was done by Julian Alpers under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Christian Hansen at the Faculty of Computer Science in the Virtual and Augmented Reality Group of the Otto-von-Guericke-University of Magdeburg and at the Research Campus STIMULATE.
