Auf zum Gipfel – STIMULATE besteigt den Brocken
STIMULATE-Mitarbeitende erlebten kürzlich ein aufregendes Team-Event, das sie auf den Gipfel des Brockens im Harz führte. Die Veranstaltung begann am Morgen des 12. Januar 2024 mit einem Treffen am Magdeburger Hauptbahnhof, gefolgt von einer Zugfahrt direkt in den Harz. Nach einer reibungslosen Anreise begann die Wanderung in Schierke, einem malerischen Ort am Fuße des Brockens. Von dort aus machte sich die Gruppe direkt auf den Weg zum Gipfel, um den majestätischen Ausblick auf die teilweise im Nebel verhüllte Landschaft zu genießen.
Für die Gruppe war der Ausflug eine willkommene Abwechslung vom Arbeitsalltag und die Teilnehmenden hatten die Gelegenheit, sich außerhalb des Büros kennenzulernen und gemeinsame Erlebnisse zu teilen, während sie die Natur des Harzes erkundeten. Der Betriebsausflug wurde von allen Beteiligten als voller Erfolg angesehen. Es wurde bereits über zukünftige Ausflüge und Aktivitäten spekuliert, um das Team weiter zu stärken und die Mitarbeiterbindung zu fördern.
Off to the summit - STIMULATE climbs the Brocken
STIMULATE employees recently experienced an exciting team event that took them to the summit of the Brocken in the Harz mountains. The event began on the morning of January 12, 2024 with a meeting at Magdeburg Central Station, followed by a train ride directly to the Harz Mountains. After a smooth journey, the hike began in Schierke, a picturesque village at the foot of the Brocken. From there, the group made their way directly to the summit to enjoy the majestic view of the landscape, which was partially shrouded in fog.
For the group, the outing was a welcome break from the daily work routine and the participants had the opportunity to get to know each other outside the office and share common experiences while exploring the nature of the Harz Mountains. The company outing was considered a complete success by all participants. There was already speculation about future outings and activities to further strengthen the team and promote employee loyalty.
