Volles Haus bei STIMULATE zur Langen Nacht der Wissenschaft
Die erste lange Nacht der Wissenschaft seit unserem Umzug in das neue Gebäude im Wissenschaftshafen war einfach genial. Ein großes, buntes Publikum von jung bis alt nutzte die Gelegenheit, das medizintechnische Programm hautnah und interaktiv mitzuerleben.
Das STIMULATE-Showmobil, der zu einem rollenden Forschungslabor umgebaute Rettungswagen, gewährte vor dem Gebäude Einblicke in das Innere eines Rettungswagens, ließ mit einem haptischen Aufbau Tast- und Sehsinn und interaktiv erleben und lud zu einem 3D-Röntgen-Quiz ein. Während der CT-Führung wurde der Ablauf einer klinischen CT-Untersuchung direkt am Computertomographen erläutert, ein Forschungs-CT ohne Gehäuse gab die Komponenten in einem CT-Gerät preis und unser CT-Quiz sorgte für rauchende Köpfe und Erfolgserlebnisse. Das Trackinglabor mit virtuelle OP-Trainings erfreute sich über großen Andrang und viele interessierte Fragen.
Unsere Partnerfirma domeprojection zeigte einen VR-Learningspace und auch das Begleitprogramm mit Kustodie, Robopicaso und Smoothie-Bike fanden reges Interesse. Im MRT-Labor und im FLEXtronik Makerlab lauschten die Besuchenden mit gespitzten Ohren den Erklärungen zur Funktionsweise von Magnetresonanztomographen und lernten die interventionelle MR-Medizintechnik der Zukunft kennen. Außerdem bot unsere Partnerfirma Neoscan Solutions im Gebäude gegenüber eine Besichtigung ihrer Werkshalle, in der MRT-Geräte für Kleinkinder produziert werden.
Insgesamt blicken wir auf eine gelungene LNDW 2022 zurück, mit vielen tollen Erlebnissen und Erinnerungen.
Full house at STIMULATE for the Long Night of Science
The first Long Night of Science since our move to the new building in the Science Harbour was simply brilliant. A large, colourful audience from young to old took the opportunity to experience the medical technology programme up close and interactively.
The STIMULATE showmobile, the ambulance converted into a rolling research laboratory, provided insights into the interior of an ambulance in front of the building, allowed visitors to experience the sense of touch and sight interactively with a haptic structure and invited them to take part in a 3D X-ray quiz. During the CT tour, the procedure of a clinical CT examination was explained directly on the CT scanner, a research CT without a housing revealed the components in a CT machine and our CT quiz ensured that heads were spinning and that the visitors were successful. The tracking lab with virtual operating theatre training was very popular and attracted many interested questions.
Our partner company domeprojection presented a VR learning space and the accompanying programme with the Custody, Robopicaso and Smoothie Bike also met with great interest. In the MRI lab and the FLEXtronik Makerlab, visitors listened with pricked ears to the explanations of how MRI scanners work and learnt about the interventional MRI medical technology of the future. In addition, our partner company Neoscan Solutions offered a tour of its factory in the building opposite, where MRI devices for small children are produced.
All in all, we can look back on a successful LNDW 2022 with lots of great experiences and memories.
